At A&O Braiding School, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for all orders. Please review our shipping and pickup guidelines below:
Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Shipping: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.
- Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Local Pickup Option
Students who reside within 20 miles of A&O Braiding School are eligible for free local pickup at our campus.
- Pickup Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday during school hours (exact hours will be provided in your confirmation email).
- Pickup Location: A&O Braiding School – 8278 Janes Ave, Woodridge, IL 60517
Digital Products & Online Courses
- Digital Products: Any digital items, such as e-books or downloadable guides, will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.
- Online Courses: After purchasing an online course, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with your class date, time, and instructions on what to bring.
Additional Information
- Lost or Delayed Orders: A&O Braiding School is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any inquiries regarding your shipment.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
