Return & Refund Policy

At A&O Braiding School, we are committed to providing quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
  • Exchanges & Credits: We do honor exchanges or store credit only for digital products or online courses if requested within 5 days of payment.
  • Graduation Packages: All graduation packages are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

Physical Product Return Policy (14 Days)

For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be sent to: 8278 Janes Ave, Woodridge, IL 60517.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Beauty and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product, you must first return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
